Past RAs:
- Aysha Mian - Fall 2024 to Winter 2025: Aysha joined the COR lab in September 2024 and worked with Dr. Li to conduct various literature review projects on the topics of workplace moral courage and moral injuries. Aysha is currently pursuing her double major in business and psychology at the University of Windsor.
- Allan Leal - Fall 2024 to Winter 2025: Allan worked with Dr. Li during fall 2024 and winter 2025. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Windsor.
- Sally Xie - Fall 2024: Sally joined the COR lab in September 2024 and assisted Dr. Li on a project examining the intra-racial dynamics among East Asian professionals working in the US and Canada. Sally received her Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Guelph.
- Makennah Murphy - Summer 2024: Makennah joined the lab in May 2024 and assisted Dr. Li on various projects. She is currently pursuing her Honours BComm with specialization in Human Resources at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor.
- Nisha Butolia - Summer 2024: Nisha joined the COR Lab in May 2024 while she was pursuing her MBA at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. Nisha assisted Dr. Li on a project investigating the experiences of childfree women in the workplace.
- Max Mullins - Winter 2024: Max joined the lab in January 2024 and assisted with various research projects and tasks in the lab. He is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Finance at the University of Windsor.
